Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

​

A deposit may be required to secure bookings. Remaining balances must be paid within the agreed timeframe stated on the invoice or prior to the shoot unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice where possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date at my discretion and subject to availability.

4. Image & Content Usage

All image and video usage must be agreed in advance. Usage rights apply only to the agreed platforms, duration, and purpose. Commercial advertising, paid promotions, or extended usage may require additional licensing fees and written agreement.

5. Editing & Representation

Images or content must not be edited, manipulated, or used in a misleading or damaging manner without prior agreement. My likeness and personal brand must be represented professionally and respectfully.

6. Social Media & Promotion

Social media posting, tagging, or promotional content is not automatically included unless agreed as part of the collaboration or campaign deliverables.

7. Travel & Expenses

Travel within an agreed area may be included. Additional travel, accommodation, or related expenses may be charged where applicable and will be discussed in advance.

8. Professional Conduct & Safety

A safe, respectful, and professional working environment is expected at all times. I reserve the right to leave or decline any booking where professionalism or safety is compromised.

9. Brand Alignment

I reserve the right to decline projects, collaborations, or campaigns that do not align with my professional values, personal brand, or agreed expectations.

​

10. Exclusivity

Any exclusivity agreements must be discussed in advance and may incur additional fees depending on duration and restrictions.
